Hemoglobin ~5 g/dL; the symptom that started the expedition finally had an explanation.
Endoscopy
A large cardia/GEJ ulcer was found and biopsied, suspicious for malignancy.
Staging
CT, MRI, PET/CT, liver ultrasound, and staging laparoscopy redrew the map (knock on wood).
Cadonilimab
The first immunotherapy dose—and the beginning of active treatment.
FLOT begins
Cadonilimab plus FLOT begins under the MSK clinical-trial protocol.
